Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before enrolling in or using the services of Clear My Course.

1. Who We Are

2. Definitions

Service — refers to the Website (https://clearmycourse.in/) and all courses, training programs, and related services offered by the Company.
Country — Kerala, India.
Student/You — the individual enrolling in or using our Service.
Device — any device used to access the Service (computer, mobile, tablet).
Affiliate — an entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the Company.

3. Acknowledgment

By accessing or enrolling in our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or enroll in the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not knowingly enroll individuals under 18 without parent/guardian consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

4. Enrollment & Course Terms

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable course fee (in full or as per the agreed EMI schedule).
Course schedules, batch timings, and mode of delivery (online/offline/hybrid) will be communicated at the time of enrollment and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.
Certificates of completion are issued only upon meeting the Company’s attendance and assessment requirements, as communicated during the course.
Placement assistance, where offered, is provided on a best-effort basis. The Company does not guarantee employment, job offers, or specific salary outcomes as part of any course.
Students are expected to maintain minimum attendance of 70% to remain eligible for certification and placement support.

5. Fees, Payment & EMI

Course fees are as published on the relevant course page at the time of enrollment.
EMI Payments: Students opting for EMI must continue payments as per the schedule agreed with our financing partner. If a student fails to maintain EMI payments, the Company reserves the right to discontinue the student’s course access, including suspension of class access, course materials, certification, and placement support, until the matter is resolved with the financing partner.
All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@clearmycourse.org, along with the reason for the request.
Refunds, including any partial refund, are evaluated and approved on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as the stage of the course completed, materials/sessions already accessed, and the circumstances of the request. The Company reserves the right to determine the applicable refund amount, if any, at its discretion.
Students on an EMI plan who discontinue the course remain responsible for any dues already accrued as per the EMI schedule at the time of discontinuation; future installments not yet due will be assessed as part of the case-by-case review above.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, as communicated to the student at the time of approval.
To ensure fairness and clarity, students are encouraged to raise any concerns about the course as early as possible, as this may affect the outcome of a refund review.

7. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and encourage you to review their terms independently.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent conduct, or fail to meet payment obligations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, subject to the Refund Policy above.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the relevant course.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or employment opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, except where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable Indian law.

10. “As Is” and “As Available” Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuity of our course content and platform, we make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every student’s individual expectations or outcomes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ernakulam, Kerala having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

If you have a concern or dispute regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at the details in Section 13 below.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice via our website and/or email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
