Welcome to Clear My Course (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company“), operated by IV Corporation, a training institute based in Kochi, Kerala, India, offering digital marketing training programs, workshops, and certification courses (collectively, the “Services“) through our website https://clearmycourse.in/ (the “Website“).

By enrolling in any course, purchasing any Service, or otherwise using the Website, you (“Student,” “you,” “your“) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms“). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not enroll in our courses or use the Website.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

1. Who We Are

Clear My Course is a digital marketing training institute based in Kochi, Kerala, India. We offer live/recorded online courses, offline classroom batches, workshops, and certification programs in digital marketing and related skills. Course names, curriculum, batch schedules, faculty details, pricing, and mode of delivery (online/offline/hybrid) are listed on the relevant course page on the Website and form part of these Terms for that specific course.

2. Eligibility

To enroll in a course with us, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age (learners under 18 must enroll with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for compliance with these Terms);
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and payment;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at our discretion where information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or fraudulent.

3. Course Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of the applicable course fee (in full or as per the agreed installment schedule) and issuance of a confirmation email/message from us.
  • Seats in any batch are limited and allotted on a first-come-first-served basis. An enrollment inquiry or shortlisting does not guarantee a seat until payment is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to change trainers, revise curriculum content, or modify batch timings where necessary to maintain course quality, provided reasonable prior notice is given to enrolled students.
  • Course materials, session recordings (where provided), and any bonus resources are for the personal learning use of the enrolled student only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed (see Section 7 – Intellectual Property).

4. Fees and Payment

  • All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated on the course page or invoice.
  • Payments can be made through the payment methods listed on the Website (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or approved EMI/installment partners). Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card or banking credentials.
  • If you opt for an installment or EMI plan, continued access to the course is conditional on timely payment of each installment. Access may be suspended if an installment is missed until the outstanding amount is cleared.
  • Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice; however, the fee applicable to your enrollment is the fee confirmed at the time of your successful payment.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to enroll with confidence, so please read this section carefully — it governs whether and how much of your course fee is refundable.

  • If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a batch: You will be offered either (a) a transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost, or (b) a full refund of the fees paid for that course.

6. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

  • Where live sessions are recorded, missed live sessions may be accessed as recordings (where technically feasible) for the enrolled student’s personal reference; this does not entitle the student to a refund for sessions missed on their own account.

7. Certification

  • A Certificate of Completion is issued only to students who meet the attendance/assignment/assessment criteria specified for that specific course (as listed on the course page).
  • Certificates are issued in digital format unless otherwise stated and are intended to reflect completion of training with Clear My Course; they do not constitute a government-recognized degree, diploma, or professional license unless explicitly stated for that course.
  • We reserve the right to withhold or revoke a certificate where fees remain unpaid, or where a violation of these Terms (including plagiarism or dishonest conduct in assessments) is found.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, including but not limited to video lectures, presentation decks, PDFs, templates, quizzes, assignments, trainer notes, logos, and the Website itself, is the intellectual property of Clear My Course or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable trademark laws.
  • Enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course material solely for your personal learning. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly share, upload to any third-party platform, or use the material for commercial training/resale purposes.
  • Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our course content may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, in addition to any legal remedies available to us.

9. Code of Conduct

While participating in live sessions, community groups, or offline batches, students are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully with trainers, staff, and fellow students;
  • Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behaviour;
  • Not record, screen-capture, or redistribute live sessions without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to remove any student from a batch or community group, without refund, for serious or repeated violations of this Code of Conduct.

10. Communication

By enrolling, you consent to receive course-related communication (batch updates, assignment reminders, certificate notifications) and occasional promotional communication about new courses or offers via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can opt out of promotional (non-transactional) communication at any time by writing to [Insert Support Email].

11. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our courses and Website may reference or link to third-party tools, platforms, or resources (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LMS platforms, Zoom/Google Meet for live sessions). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • Our courses are intended to build practical digital marketing skills and knowledge; we do not guarantee specific job placements, salary outcomes, or business results from completing a course.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services, including loss of income, business opportunity, or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under law.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of your enrollment shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clear My Course, its trainers, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of course content, or violation of applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to a course, without refund, if you: (a) violate these Terms; (b) engage in fraudulent payment activity; (c) share or misuse course content in violation of Section 7; or (d) engage in conduct that disrupts other students’ learning experience.

15. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the name and contact details of our Grievance Officer are provided below. Students may reach out with any complaints regarding our Services:

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
